"If it's cold outside, do an extensive warmup and make sure to double up in clothing: pant sweats, long tights and shorts underneath, a long sweater and tank top underneath. This is necessary so that you stay warm and prevent from getting hurt. When you begin getting really warm, you can peel layers."
