SHIPPING POLICY
- Tsu.ya offers free ground shipping on all orders over $150.00 within the continental USA only. (U.S. Territories, Alaska & Hawaii not eligible for free shipping.)
- Tsu.ya offers ground and expedited shipping options; you can make your selection at time of purchase.
- We currently offer shipping in the U.S.A. and Canada only. For all other International orders please email us directly at customerservice@tsuyabrand.com to place an order. Please note all Canada orders are final, we do not accept International returns, including Canada.
- All U.S.A. domestic orders are shipped within 1 business day upon order completion. All Canadian orders are shipped within 2 business days upon order completion.
- Please note we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. All orders placed on the weekend will be processed that following Monday.
- Sales tax will be applied on all California orders. Receipts of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws.
- You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you have successfully placed an order and a shipping confirmation email as soon as the order has shipped.
- We currently offer shipping worldwide, except to the following countries:
- A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
- At Tsu.ya we always strive to provide the lowest shipping cost carrier available at time of purchase.
RETURN POLICY
If you do not love your Tsu.ya product as much as we do, we will gladly accept returned merchandise within the below guidelines
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
- Final Sale items may not be returned.
- We appreciate it, if you can return merchandise with the shipped polybag.
- Shipping and handling costs are not refunded.
- The shipping/handling costs will be deducted from your return credit.
- All International orders, including Canda and final sale items may not be returned.
Follow these steps to make a domestic return.
- Email us at customerservice@tsuyabrand.com requesting a Return Authorization and your reason for returning the goods.
- Print your prepaid return label and affix to your package.
- Cover and remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from your package and securely repackage your merchandise with printed shipping label.
- Please copy your packing slip for your records and tracking.
- Drop off your package at the selected shipping carrier printed on your shipping label.
- You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 7 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Failure to follow Tsu.ya’s return policy could result in a delay in your refund and/or denial of credit to your account.
REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME
If your package arrives at Tsu.ya within the 14-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 7 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Tsu.ya.
NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE/COLOR
In order to serve you most efficiently, you'll get the right size or color fastest if you simply place a second order. We will gladly return your initial order, please follow Return Policy outlined above.
